Fund Raising
Successive festivals begin soon after closure of 'the last', as the team set about raising funds through any number of projects.
The raffle has always been a traditional source, but we feel this has perhaps run it's course for us, as we compete with so many other causes plying the same 'trade'.
The Party at the Pool was close to the spirit of the festival and was a wonderful
joint effort between us and the local Salcombe Swimming Pool committee to boost resources,
we had a hugely successful Auction of Promises and now plan for a Quiz Night and
Race Night.
All suggestions for projects are very welcome and will be hosted on the
website. They are ideal opportunities for sponsorship, and we'll be delighted to
discuss this with you.
